"Fun, calm atmosphere. Arby's is great and very underrated in my opinion. But let me tell you who the real underrated one was in there. Our cashier Danica! She was so slay queen and made us a drink that was absolutely da BOMB! SO GOOD! Be sure to stop in, especially for her bubbly personality and great customer service!"

Ocean, the Arby’s employee who waited on us, deserves special recognition. Her service, attention and overall professionalism was outstanding. Ocean’s diligence and dedication made our visit awesome. We highly recommend the Columbus Arby’s and the delicious barbecue beef sandwich!"

"Best Arby's I've been to in a while. Went twice over this last week and have realized that the morning crew has only about 2 good workers. The rest were on their phones or laptop! However once 2 o'clock hit? Two all stars walked in and the whole store changed. They were sprinting around their coworkers, giving thank yous and making sure each customer knew what was good"
